We accept returns exclusively for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or experiencing a verifiable malfunction upon receipt.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

Defective, Damaged, or Malfunctioning Products Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all items. If you discover that a product is defective, has sustained damage during shipment, or is not functioning as intended, please contact us immediately at info@medilabindia.com. This will enable us to assess the issue promptly and facilitate a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items Certain categories of items are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, consumables or products where hygiene is a critical factor, unless they are determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges For the most efficient resolution, if you have received a defective, damaged, or malfunctioning item and require a replacement, we recommend initiating a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you may then proceed with a separate purchase for the correct item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved due to a verified defect, damage, or malfunction, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require additional time.
